Spacious, private Berkeley Hills home near Tilden

Ideal for families, our home is a 4-bedroom, 3 bath, 2-story house with large private backyard, updated kitchen, and plenty of living space, including formal dining room, family room with large screen, and living room. Minutes from Tilden Park's hiking trails and a quick drive to Gourmet Ghetto or UC Berkeley campus, this is a great place to stay while visiting family or friends in Berkeley. Note that this is our family home, and is not a “hotel” style Airbnb. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, including laundry room. There is a tenant who lives in an in-law apartment above the garage with a separate entrance. Other things to note We have backyard chickens in a coop in the backyard. You are welcome to eat any fresh eggs laid during your visit!
