With a lovingly furnished bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, you will feel at home. The barrier-free bathroom has a glazed shower and underfloor heating. Relax on the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The space In our front holiday home, built on Minslebener Straße, you will find a ground-level holiday apartment "Moritz" furnished with attention to detail, equipped for 2 adults, additional occupancy for children on request in the bedroom with 1 guest bed or 1 baby bed. For our youngest guests, a Chicco high chair (6-36 months/max. 15 kg) can be provided free of charge. Both apartments (Moritz and Victoria) are accessible on request with a connecting door in the hallway, for a maximum occupancy of 4 - 6 people. The apartments are at ground level and barrier-free! Hygiene protective covers for pillows and mattresses are standard with us. A microwave is available on request as well as a medical shower chair or handles for shower/toilet. Hallway / entrance area: In the hallway there is a hotel card switch, which you can use to activate the electricity flow using your check-in card. Our lighting is controlled by the latest LMD spotlight technology via motion detectors. No more annoying light switch search in the hallway! Bedroom: In the feel-good sleeping area, a high-quality king size box spring double bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m size and a spacious sliding door cabinet await you for a relaxing sleep. Living Area: The living and kitchen area is equipped with a kitchen incl. dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, fridge with freezer. In addition to the dining area for 4 people, there is a couch with armchair and footstool, as well as a 32-inch flat-screen TV with the latest satellite system/HDTV/free channels in HD and a music center with CD/MP3/radio/USB port. A built-in safe is also available. Bathrooms: The bathroom with glazed shower, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic set, bathrobe and cosmetic tissue box is reminiscent of stays in the hotel with its comfort.
