Cheerful 1BR in Central Milwaukee

Centrally located in the heart of one of Milwaukee's historic neighborhood - Washington Heights. Freeway access a few blocks away - less than 10 min drive to Fiserve Forum, Downtown, the Zoo, and bike trails. Just a few steps from North Ave, loaded with new restaurants, local watering holes, coffee shops & breweries. Catch a shuttle to a game! Take a stroll in beautiful Washington Park! Quick bus/drive to major local hospitals. The space The first floor bedroom and bathroom are yours exclusively during your stay. Living room, dining room, kitchen and porch are all shared spaces. The screened-in porch is wonderful to relax in (weather permitting) and there is a small patio in the backyard. I have board games, puzzles, coloring books for you to enjoy, plenty of books and magazines as well. I have a cat Cheeto - he's friendly and will say hello. He does not have access to the room after it is cleaned. *Actual house plants and location will mostly likely vary. Guest access Your bedroom is on the main floor, off of the dining room. It's fairly secluded from the rest of the house, and the bathroom will be all yours during your stay. Both have locking doors with Skelton keys that actually work! The porch, living room, dining room and kitchen are all shared areas. All of the second floor is my personal private and restricted space (basement is restricted). If I'm not outside planting or painting, I will mostly be upstairs or on the porch. During your stay I have a cat, Cheeto. He is friendly and will likely investigate who his new friends are. He roams the house freely but for the most part will stay upstairs. Pet/Cat allergies, please beware! I'm flexible and easy to communicate with, I respect your level of comfort in terms of interaction. On a scale of 1 (please leave me alone) to 5 (let's have coffee), please let me know your preference! During your stay, please communicate any issues through the app/website.
