Use only plastic containers. ⚠️ The swimming pool does not have a safety fence and is not supervised. 👶 Children must remain under the responsibility and constant supervision of their parents or companions. ✨ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant space for everyone. 👥 Visitors and guests Only people included in the reservation are authorized to access the property. Outside visitors must be previously authorized. ❄️ Air conditioning For environmental and energy consumption reasons, the air conditioning should not be left on when the accommodation is unoccupied. We would appreciate it if you turned it off each time you leave, even for short periods. Doors and windows must remain closed while it is running. ⚠️ In the case of manifestly excessive use or if the air conditioner is repeatedly left on for long periods of time with no occupants in the accommodation, additional charges may apply. 🚗 EV charging Electric vehicle charging is not included in the accommodation rate. A charge of ₡10,000 applies for each recharge. Please contact us before any recharging. 🚿 Hot water The shower has an instant electric heater. Please follow the instructions on the shower to ensure it operates properly. 🗑️ Waste management Due to the tropical climate, please empty the trash cans in the accommodation at least every 2 days to prevent the appearance of insects or worms. The large black trash can is located on the right when leaving the property. Please do not leave food or garbage bags outside the house. 🔇 Respect and quiet For the well-being of all guests, we ask that you maintain a quiet environment between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. During these hours, please avoid loud music, shouting, loud conversations, and any activity that may disturb the rest of the other guests. No parties or events are allowed on the property. 💧⚡ Water and electricity In the Guanacaste region, there may occasionally be brief water or electricity outages due to maintenance, infrastructure improvements, or weather conditions. These outages are usually short-lived and beyond our control. 🐜🌿 Tropical environment Due to the tropical environment, and despite regular maintenance of the property, insects may occasionally be present. We recommend that you do not leave food outdoors. Exposed food can quickly attract insects, ants, or other small animals, which is not our responsibility. ✨ Safety and privacy For your comfort and peace of mind, the property has discreet security measures, including an electric fence in some areas of the outer perimeter (not on the entire property). Please do not touch these installations. 🎥 An outdoor security camera facing the parking lot contributes to the tranquility of the place. Due to the open layout of the property, it may partially capture some terraces.
