Blue, Private Bedroom Right Next To The Columbia University The room has a queen size bed, and is super private. It’s in a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The apartment is newly renovated , very fresh and sparkling clean. It has a tasteful decor and comfortable furniture, with open kitchenette. The living space and kitchen is shared. In the setting of full bookings, the bathroom is shared with another guest or two, depending on the occupancy of the other guest room (maximal occupancy of 2 guests per room) and a host. All the toiletries , bedroom and kitchen needs are provided in the unit as well. My goal is to create homey and cozy atmosphere for my guests. Guests have access to the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and all the amenities in the apartment. Please make yourselves at home! The host also lives in the apartment and is available when needed. The apartment is located on Amsterdam Avenue by Columbia University. What I like the most in my neighborhood is its diversity. It is a very vibrant area where you can meet Columbia University students, professors, young families, hipsters and visitors from all around the world. Live amongst the historical heart of New York City while being steps away from Morningside Park, General Grant National Memorial, Columbia University, Manhattan School of Music, Apollo Theater and Riverside Park . Enjoy all restaurants, bars, cafes, Starbucks, local coffee shops, banks and 24hr supermarket within the same blocks. Famous authentic jazz clubs are walking distance from the apartment as well. I can say that it is very safe area, additionally patrolled by Columbia University public safety cars. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from #1 Train (also known as a red line), 5 minutes walk to A,B,C,D trains subway station and several Bus lines. It is 15 minutes train ride to Times Square (where you connect to all major subway lines in NYC) and only 7-10 minutes ride to Columbus Circle. As an alternative you can also use Yellow/Green cab, Uber/Lyft and Juno. - Only guest(s) that are included in the reservation are allowed to use the space. NO further guests are allowed without permission. - Cooking is NOT allowed, in effort to keep the environment clean and healthy. - The space MUST remain clean at all times after eating or using it. -Please kindly keep your belongings in your private bedroom in order to maintain the comfort for guest(s).
