This apartment is the middle unit in a three unit, 3.5 story historic townhouse, with respectful, quiet, long-term tenants in the basement and top units. Top unit is me, Ben, the home owner. Very fast Gigabit wifi, 42" TV with full cable package, full washer and dryer, and very quiet back bedroom for deep sleeping on a brand new Leesa memory foam mattress. AC available in the bedroom and ceiling fans in rest of house. Guest access You have everything you need in the apartment to be comfortable for one day or one month. Stocked kitchen with everything to cook a feast or eat in (feel free to ask me for an obscure kitchen item and I'll bring it down!). A few cabinets and closets are locked for storage by the owner but you should still have a ton of space. Other things to note I charge $30 per guest/night beyond the 1st guest to keep price low for business travelers. Please input the correct number of guests during the booking. Please ask before any daytime visitors. Parking available in the neighborhood in local 2-hour residential via my personal parking pass which I can rent to you for $15/night. The pass allows you to park on the street in front of the house if you would like the peace of mind or would like to save money relative to a parking garage.
