Stylish Brooklyn Loft in Prime Williamsburg

Description

The loft has 15-foot ceilings and plenty of space—classic Brooklyn vibes. It’s in a great spot to experience Williamsburg, with some of the city’s best restaurants nearby, like Laser Wolf, Misi, and Lilia. There are also tons of bars, vintage shops, galleries, and cafes within walking distance. The waterfront park, with great views of the Manhattan skyline, is just a block away, and the nearest L train station is a couple of blocks from the apartment. The space I live and work here most the year, so the apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, fast wifi, comfortable living space, and thoughtful decor. There’s access to a 10,000-square-foot roof deck with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline, the neighborhood, and the East River. You'll walk into a spacious kitchen, dining, and living room in an open layout. In the back of the apartment, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, air purifier, and plenty of shelf space. The second bedroom is set up as an office so there's no bed, just a queen-sized air mattress available if you need extra sleeping space. There's a third open-den room adjacent to the kitchen that's also set up for a work space/office. McCarren Park is three blocks away, and the Marsha P. Johnson waterfront park is just a block from the apartment. It’s about a 10-minute subway ride to Union Square in Manhattan where you can get anywhere in the city. One of my favorite things to do is ride the electric Citi bikes, and there's a dock conveniently located right outside the building. Guest access Guests have access to my apartment. There is a free communal laundry room equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers down the hallway and the rooftop has excellent city views. Other things to note There is no elevator. This is a third floor walk-up. Garbage and recycling can be taken to the bins outside the main entrance of the building to the right of the loading dock. The building was originally an old knitting factory and was later converted to a residential apartment building. You'll notice original wood floors, exposed brick and pipes, which give it character. But on the other hand, you'll be able to hear footsteps and the water running through the pipes a bit easier. Please don't be alarmed!
