This fourth-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which lead the way to many updated features! The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: the woven wood blinds are decorative only, they do not move. For privacy, please use the drapes. There is an owner’s cabinet in the laundry room and the closet outside of the second bathroom are designated "Owners Only". Thank you for your cooperation. Other things to note Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM We provide initial starter items such as 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We also supply 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 2 dish washer pods, and 2 laundry detergent pods. Our units have fully stocked kitchens with all the necessary dishes and utensils. No pets allowed. To reserve this accommodation, we require 50% of the total reservation cost to be paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due to be paid in full 60 days prior to the arrival date. Unless the reservation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, then the total reservation will need to be paid at the time of booking. Must be 25 years or older with a valid credit card to reserve. This person must be present during the duration of the reservation.
