Chic Farmhouse Escape at Dawson Creek

A piece of Tennessee country awaits your stay. We are very pleased to introduce this beautifully renovated 1940's Farmhouse- At Dawson Creek Farm. With 60 acres of private land, the property boasts a quaint and quiet living option for your stay. Enjoy a satisfying cup of coffee next to the new gas hearth, look out for wildlife i.e flocks of turkey or deer passing by the kitchen window, or enjoy a leisure walk on 2 of the marked private trailheads. We look forward to scheduling your stay! Cheers! The space The property neighbors working farms and has approx 60 acres of private land. There are three bedrooms. Master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom a full size bed and third bedroom with two twin sized beds. There are two full bathrooms one of which has the front loading washer and dryer unit. Guest access An electronic keypad is used to gain entry to the property. This will be provided at check in. There are designated gravel parking spaces in front of the home. Other things to note The landscaping post construction is still in progress. Additionally the implement shed and barn shed next to the home will be off limits as it requires restoration. There is a fire pit of which you are welcome to provide your own logs or use fallen branches in the surrounding area (cutting branches or trees down is NOT permitted). Additionally, we have one Ring Flood Lamp Camera, actively recording audio and video activity over the front yard and pasture.
