Modern and comfortable Calgary Multi-unit building

Great location in the community of Parkdale. Quick drive into downtown taking only 5 minutes and great walking paths along the Bow river not even 30 seconds away. Very clean and spacious, great for a vacation to cook and relax, but close to downtown to go out for a night on the town. There is a TV in the bedroom and main living room space. It is located at the bottom of the Foothills hospital and there is parking out front. In the warmer months there is a roof top patio with bbq &heater. The space The space is lived in by one person regularly, but the host go back and fourth between her home town when she is off work. It is decorated with colour and is clean and has a homey feel. Half of the garage is turned into a gym with a treadmill and some weights to help you get in a morning workout. Or feel free to use the Yoga room for some relaxation or for some work free of distractions. The bedroom has a custom closet that was featured on a commercial and there is a roof top patio with fire-pit and bbq that can be used during the spring and summer. Guest access You will be able to access entire home except for Master bathroom and bedroom that will be locked off. The gym is set up in the garage in half the space, there is an overhead storage area within the garage with some of the hosts personal belongings. Other things to note This is a non smoking home and no parties or events are to be hosted at this residence. Please rinse all dishes and place them in the dishwasher and turn on. No food in the dishwasher please. If time permits, please return the dishes to cabinets. Please don’t lay hot pots/hot drinks on the counters or on furniture. There are extra coasters and placemats locates on the top drawer of the cabinet near the dining room table. There are cards and games located in the bottom drawer of the cabinet located next to the dining room table. Please don’t throw anything in the toilet other than toilet paper.
