Located right outside the community gates on Ferretti road. Easy and quick check in and out. Access through the gates is optional to use community amenities (PML access fees apply, please review guests policies for Pine Mountain Lake) Place sleeps up to 11 people. There are extra fees for any additional guests above 8. Kitchen: Newly Updated, new stove, new set of cookwear. 3 Coffee machines options Coffee Creamer/Sugar/Sweetener Condiments Cleaning supplies Glasses/ Mugs/Wine Glasses/Plates/Silverware. Plenty of convenient parking for small or large vehicles on the main driveway with a carport right at the house entrance. Guest access Access to full house and parking. Multiple cars can be parked to include upper and lower property driveways. Access to Gas grill for a fun meal on the patio with views of the hilltops. Other things to note Please read house rules for check out instructions. 4th bedroom has a separate/private entrance. Cannot be accessed from inside the main floor. This property has 4 outdoor security cameras at entry points. We use fabric softener and home scents. Please note we have 2 outdoor (Garden) cats who live around the cabin and take care of Un-invited guests 😉 We live in nature, Zuko (black and white) and Azula (Mostly black with some white) make sure we stay free of rodents and unwanted pests. They are very loved and well taken care of. Their set up is in the back of the house under the main patio. These two are super human friendly and sweet! They love pets and will play with you if you’re up for it. Otherwise, they will not bother you and will go visit with our neighbor if they don’t feel comfortable. Please do not let them inside the cabin.
