Duplex in trendy BK, Private Garden, 1 Bed!

This is our little oasis in trendy Brooklyn :) Large private garden (yes - entirely private), brand new building, chic appliances and furniture, great location but still super quiet. You will love it! We will be happy to do a video tour for you to show the place. There is a super convenient subway (L train) right across the place - literally 100 feet away, which takes you straight to Manhattan in 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, bars and other convenient stores around. The space It is a duplex, the first floor has the kitchen, living room and leads to the patio and the huge *private* back yard. The second floor has the master bedroom which has a *king size* bed, large closet and elliptical. The back yard has trees, greenery, comfy sofa seating system and plenty of space. It also gets great sun so you can sunbathe easily in the summer months! Guest access You have access to the entire space except one room in the 2nd floor which is inaccessible and has our stuff in it. So you have the master bedroom, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and of course the patio and backyard.
