Ideally located 25 minutes from UZES, 25 minutes from NIMES, 15 minutes from ANDUZE, 15 minutes from ALES, 20 minutes from SOMMIERES, 45 minutes from MONTPELLIER, 45 minutes from the sea (GRANDE MOTTE - GRAU DU ROI). The space The accommodation is fully equipped and private with the possibility to park several cars. The house is located in a quiet village. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer. You also have at your disposal a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is open to a large, very bright, air-conditioned living room with terrace views. Garden with olive trees, not overlooked, and a private and secure pool between the end of June and mid-September. Three bedrooms are also available (2 beds of 160 and one bed of 140).
