This accommodation with terrace on an unfenced plot (2000 m2) planted with olive trees is fully equipped for a lovely vacation. Given the calm that reigns in this house, parties are forbidden. Ideally located 25 minutes from UZES, 25 minutes from NIMES, 15 minutes from ANDUZE, 15 minutes from ALES, 20 minutes from SOMMIERES, 45 minutes from MONTPELLIER, 45 minutes from the sea (GRANDE MOTTE - GRAU DU ROI). The space The accommodation is completely private and equipped, with the possibility of parking several cars. The house is located in a quiet village. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and mixer. You also have a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. The kitchen is open to a large, very bright, air-conditioned living room with a view of the terrace. Wooded garden with olive trees, not overlooked, and a private, secure pool between the end of June and mid-September. Three bedrooms are also available (2 160 cm beds and one 140 cm bed). Guest access The entire property is private. The pool is only available from mid-June to the end of October. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
