Cabin in a rural location with hot tub (BAMBI)

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. Wixoldbury Farm is a glamping site with four cabins set on a farm in South Gloucestershire on the edge of the Cotswolds. Surrounded by farmland, there are country walks and an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep. Whilst Wixoldbury is no longer a working farm we do occasionally have farm animals grazing our grass during the Summer months. The space Bambi cabin sleeps two adults and two children. Bambi has it's own wood fired hot tub (with bubbles and lights!). It is has own bathroom with shower and kitchen area. The main bed is a king size bed (linen provided) and there is a children's sleeping area (partitioned) with bunk beds (linen not provided). PLEASE NOTE THAT WE PROVIDE LINEN AND TOWELS FOR ADULTS ONLY. WE RECOMMEND SLEEPING BAGS AND PILLLOWS FOR CHILDREN. The cabin is heated by a wood burner , electric heater and electric towel rail making it super cosy all year round. The kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave and slow cooker plus all utensils etc for a comfortable stay. The outside area has a raised patio/decking area with a table and chairs for dining. There is also a firepit which can be used for cooking (wood or charcoal but please note we do not sell the latter). Wood can be purchased during your stay. For the HOT TUB we supply two bags of wood (for a two night stay) which is enough for one hot tub session. More wood can be purchased should you wish to have another session. The hot tub takes approximately 90 minutes to heat up, sometimes less in warmer weather but more when temperatures are very cold. Guests may also use the undercover communal dining area which has additional pots/pans, a four ring gas hot and additional kitchen space, great for friends visiting together. Guest access Certain parts of the farm are not accessible. However, we are happy for guests to walk our land and access the many public footpaths over farmland and fields in the area. There are lovely walks to pubs in the villages of Wickwar and Rangeworthy. Other things to note The glamping site is fenced from the fields. Farm animals occasionally graze our grass and we also have free range chickens. Please note we do not provide children's bedding and recommend sleeping bags/pillows. We provide towels for adults only. We provide a limited number of toilet rolls dependent on the length of your stay and washing up liquid/hand wash. We do not provide toiletries as this is self catering accommodation
