The space This is a studio/efficiency apartment that adjoins two other units that make up this triplex. You have a completely private space, private entrance, A/C, a brand new kitchen complete with quartz counters (in the kitchen and the bath), a full-sized range, fridge, and dishwasher. For your comfort, you have a king-sized bed, a 52" TV ready for your streaming pleasure, and a sleeper sofa for when a bit of extra space is needed. Our fiber internet is extremely fast, so you'll have plenty of bandwidth for streaming, video calls, or gaming. (We also have a 2-bedroom suite if you're looking for a bit more space which would be rented separately. *Is not included*) Relax, kick back, and enjoy your time in Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, or Fort Lauderdale By The Sea. There is a shared backyard and patio area (it's still a work in progress). There is a brand new 1400 sqft travertine patio (landscaping still being installed) with a newly remodeled HEATED salt-water pool! Come soak, sun, and enjoy the ease of an on-site pool or a short jump to the beach. There is on-site laundry that is shared with the rest of the house. Guest access You'll have access to your completely private studio apartment. You can also use the backyard pool and patio as you see fit. Relax, sun, and have fun. The property is shared so the backyard is not private from the other units. You'll also have access to the laundry room with washer/dryer which is also shared. Other things to note We are working on the exterior of this tropical retreat space. We've taken great care to create a comfortable interior space and we are still working on the exterior of the home. For example, we have new doors and windows coming, landscaping is being improved, the exterior will be getting fresh paint soon and the pool just received a complete makeover. We ask you to not judge this book by its cover quite yet and are sure that you'll have a cozy space inside to relax and enjoy when you're not out enjoying the sun. Pet Policy: We allow dogs on a case-by-case basis, though we don't allow cats. Guests: To ensure there is enough space for all paying guests, and due to liability, all guests on the property need to be included in your reservation. Parties and noise complaints will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
