The home offers high speed internet, large 75" smart TV in the living room, TVs in nearly all the bedrooms, and quiet work space. Our desert gem is newly furnished with high quality furnitures, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Bedroom design was inspired by the 5 elements of nature - fire, space, earth, air and water - for a zen and peaceful night's rest. Master bedroom -Fire element room - features a king bed with firm and comfortable foam mattress, 60" smart TV, work desk and access to the outdoor patio. Bedroom 2 - Space element room - queen bed with medium firmness mattress, great for side sleepers, 43" smart TV. Bedroom 3 - Earth element room - queen bed with gel-infused memory foam mattress, 43" smart TV. Bedroom 4 - Air element room - queen firm mattress with cooling gel foam topper, great for stomach sleepers. Bedroom 5 - Water element room - uniquely accessible from rooms 3 and 4. This room has 2 twin bunk beds, a couch and 65" TV with Xbox game. Other things to note Guests staying over 28 days are responsible for gas and electricity. The charge for electricity is $0.20/kWh.
