House on the shores of Lake Sanguinet

Renovated Landes chalet that combines the charm of wood, modernism and comfortable equipment. It has two large wooden terraces and a small grass area, well equipped. The location is ideal: 100 m from the lake with a supervised beach at the end of the road and close by bike or on foot to the center of Sanguinet (shops and market). The house is quiet since access is via a private road. Great for families! The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom (bath towels not included) and a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the living room. Bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed, wardrobe and a dressing table. Bedroom 2 includes a king size bed and a dresser. The mezzanine room contains 3 small beds (possibility to put a 4th). This room has a little cabin spirit, which children appreciate a lot! We also leave books and toys available. The little plus: a small view of the lake from the small dormer window of the mezzanine! The living room of about 40 m2 has in the living room area, a corner sofa, an ottoman, a pellet stove, a TV cabinet, and a large sideboard and in the kitchen area, a large dining table for 8 people and an equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a mixed Senseo coffee machine (pod and ground coffee with filter), kettle, toaster, and microwave. We will always leave 2 tea towels and a sponge as well as basic foodstuffs (oil, salt, pepper, spices...) Outside, the house has 2 terraces on each side: a closed terrace of 50 m2, with garden furniture, a large dining table and a plancha. On the other side, a wooden terrace will welcome you for an aperitif with a small garden furniture or for moments of rest with 2 deckchairs. The cleaning of the plancha must be done before your departure. A laundry room accessible from the 1st terrace gives you access to the washing machine + drying rack. Guest access The house is accessible as a whole, but we want the back of the house (laundry side) not to be accessible for safety reasons (materials present), but this does not hinder the enjoyment of the premises.
