Welcome to a very cozy, modern-style room! A studio of a good size, fully furnished and ready to move in. The highlight is that it is located next to the MRT station, Wong Sawang, just 50 meters away (a 1-minute walk). It provides convenient connections to Bangkok Apivattana Station (Bang Sue), Don Mueang Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport, or to the city center. It is suitable for tourists, business travelers, or those looking for a place to relax in the city. The space * Room layout: Studio, 1 bathroom, with proportionate space allocation. * Bedroom area: A soft, comfortable bed with fresh, clean bedding and blackout curtains for complete relaxation. * Lounge area: There is a sofa, Smart TV and high speed WiFi, suitable for both relaxation and work (remote work). * Kitchen area: There is a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and dishes for preparing light meals. * Bathroom: Clean, with a water heater, towels, soap, and shampoo provided. Residential Rules * Keep common areas clean: Do not leave personal belongings lying around. * Please be quiet: 10 pm - 8 am * Smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed: both inside the room and in the building. * Turn off the lights and air conditioner every time: before leaving the room. * No parties / No overnight outside visitors * No illegal activities of any kind * Dress appropriately and respect others: in common areas
