The space Just two blocks off of Main Street, the Cumberland House was thoughtfully designed and created with hosting guests in mind. This beautiful 2nd floor suite provides a relaxing place to unwind, or to get out and discover all of our favorite spots. In addition to the relaxing space, the space comes with: - High-speed WiFi and streaming access are complimentary - The kitchen is newly designed with new appliances and complimentary snacks and water. - The master bedroom is complete with a luxurious memory foam mattress and premium linens - The backyard features outdoor seating with twinkle lights. - Tons of books, DVDs, and play nooks to enjoy galore! Other things to note A clean home is very important to us. We follow Airbnb’s guidelines for covid-safe cleaning and use a professional cleaning service between every visit. Basic cleaning supplies are available for you to use during your stay. ** PLEASE NOTE** The guest suite is on the entire 2nd floor of the property, which includes a separate entrance. Every guest (even visitors) over 3 people will incur a $25/person charge per night. There are security cameras at the entrance, and you will be charged. NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS or PHOTOSHOOTS are allowed in the space. Quiet time after 11 pm. Pets are also not allowed. Guests who violate this policy will have their reservation canceled on the spot, and be charged a $125 fee and NO REFUND.
