A clean home is very important to us. We follow Airbnb’s guidelines for covid-safe cleaning and use a professional cleaning service between every visit. Basic cleaning supplies are available for you to use during your stay. ** PLEASE NOTE** The guest suite is on the entire 2nd floor of the property, which includes a separate entrance. Every guest (even visitors) over 3 people will incur a $25/person charge per night. There are security cameras at the entrance, and you will be charged. NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS larger than the number of registered guests are allowed in the space. Quiet time after 11 pm. Pets are also not allowed. Guests who violate this policy will have their reservation canceled on the spot, and be charged a $125 fee and NO REFUND.
