Spacious 2-bedroom residential house

Escape & Relax with friends or family at this peaceful property in the quaint town of Water Valley. Enjoy a day out at the golf course, Winchell lake or go further west for a beautiful hike and then head to the Water Valley saloon for dinner. 5 minutes to golf course, winchell lake, & little red deer river (beach area and Great spot for fishing). Guest access 2 minute walk to the saloon, church & general store. 5 minute drive to winchell lake, golf course and little red deer river. Other things to note Deck off the front of the house needs to be refinished but is still useable for now. The yard is very large though and equip with a doggy door right out to the dog run. There is no garbage pick up. We will provide a burning barrel as this is allowed in the area or have a bin and I will pick up once a week. The stairs are steep and the door to the basement is right across from the bathroom. The basement is empty at the moment there is only a washer and dryer downstairs. If you use something up such as dish soap, laundry detergent- etc PLEASE PLEASE let me know as I have a 30 minute drive to the house and if I didn’t bring the supplies with me I have to come back the next day after I’ve cleaned to drop things off. Would be much appreciated !! :)
