This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split. The space The house is placed on 400 square meters ground secured by walls and doors, so that you can relax while your children play beside you. There is a big terrace and garden, where you can read in peace or play social games. A barbecue is also placed in the garden so you can enjoy your meals. Everything is surrounded with beautiful view as far as the eye can see. Guest access Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, including the private terrace - patio, small organic garden and backyard. No spaces are shared with other guests or the host. Guests have two parking spaces available on site, plus additional parking spaces nearby. The beach is three minutes from the house, where guests can use our sun loungers and parasol free of charge. Other things to note According to the agreement, we allow our guests to use one older type car in driving condition and a SUP.
