Very bright, very large rooms. AC in the 2 bedrooms, WiFi, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Downtown and Fortress can be reached on foot or by T1. For stays over 10 days, water, electricity and gas are charged on consumption. Longer winter stays are considered. The space The apartment is located in a 1950s building, has large rooms and marble floors, and is located on the first floor with an elevator. The bathroom is new (November 2023), and the windows are also new (January 2024). The area is quiet, close to the center (tram T1 stop STATUTO, for the center STAZIONE-VALFONDA). Guest access The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet residential area from the early 1900s (Statuto area), very close to the center, connected by tram to the airport (T1+T2), the station and the city center (T1 or on foot). Also very close is the venue for exhibitions and fairs of the Fortezza da Basso/Palazzo dei Congressi (T1 or on foot) and the Careggi Polyclinic (T1). In nearby Via dello Statuto, there is a pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, bar, various shops and an excellent ice cream shop. A large COOP supermarket inside a shopping mall is two tram stops away. The neighborhood is inhabited by many families, you will feel part of the city.
