With a modern designed living area & bedroom, kitchen & bathroom, this beautiful apartment is spacious and comfortable. With a luxurious & extremely comfortable queen bed you will feel like you are floating on a cloud. The living area has a large sofa and 55" TV with netflix, youtube, internet etc. The space Located in sun valley 5 min from burbank is my spacious and modern 1bd 1bth apt. Accurate Location can be seen at the end of the photos in the listing. The Airbnb map below is not accurate for the location please do not base your booking off that location. My Apartment has all amenities provided for your stay, so you do not have to worry about a thing, like bringing a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels & cooking essentials. This place has recently been fully renovated - kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Has mini split AC & heating in living room and bedroom. Photos of mini split to be updated. The living room has a 55inch TV with Netflix setup. Dining table fits 4 and lots of storage space in the bookshelf/shelving. another person can sleep on the sofa to accomodate 3 people. the sofa used to turn into a bed to allow 2 people to sleep on it, however the part that makes it into a full bed is broken so 1 person can only sleep on it as it is. extra sheets and blankets will be provided. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cutlery, utensils, glasses and plates. as well as a magic bullet if you're in the mood for a smoothie or protein shake. basic cooking essentials like sugar, tea bags, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are all provided. the kitchen space is great for those who want to cook up some nice meals during your stay. It’s not like other airbnbs where they provide 2 plates, 2 pairs of cutlery and a hand towel! No this kitchen has everything you can think of that is needed for a short term or long term stay just as you’d find in your own home kitchen. Also has top of the line 7 stage reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy water to drink! There is a dishwasher for easy cleaning up. Just pop the dirty dishes in and press the start button and that’s it clean dishes! There is also a new washer/dryer for your use, with detergent available. just outside the back door you'll find a charcoal grill available for your use to do bbq. This is located in sun valley just 5 min from burbank. Close to burbank airport and 15min to Glendale. 20 min to Hollywood and 15 min to universal studios. Very close to the 5 freeway entrance and exits for east commuting. THERE IS A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND POLICY FOR MY PLACE OR A $1000 FINE WILL APPLY. I have no tolerance for any type of smoking, vaping, weed or drug use inside or around my apt. If you want to smoke you must go onto the street away from my unit and neighbors and must not come back inside until that disgusting smell is gone from you! You are also not allowed to roll weed or keep weed inside my unit! You will be charged $1000 if you do not follow these rules. if you feel like eating out LA is the place for it! there are so many options available and to choose from. If you like Japanese/Sushi i highly recommend Octopus Restaurant in Burbank - try the broiled mussels on half shell, the dynamite california sushi and crunch sushi you won't be disappointed! If you're in the mood for Pizza try Desano wood fired pizza in east Hollywood, or wood in silver lake or MediCi's in sherman oaks or for a chicago style deep dish pizza try out Masa of Echo Park. Looking for a Burger try Stout in hollywood. Or want a quick In n Out, famous in LA there are multiple locations. if you want to try some delicious mediterranean persian/armenian cuisine stop by at Raffis Place in Glendale. Or if you want more of a snack/quick lunch try out the Zaatar Factory & Bakery in burbank. they offer very traditional armenian baked goods and treats that are absolutely delicious. If you feel like some ramen try Tatsu Ramen on melrose. up the street grab some yummy custard ponchiks there as they are delicious! and if you want a fresh delicious croissant for breakfast go to K H Cinnamon Donuts down the street they make them fresh every morning and they are amazing! their donuts are also yummy. if your in the mood for a quick burrito or tacos and other mexican items head to the food truck nearby on glenoaks. For a more upscale dining experience try mother wolf in Hollywood. Guest access The whole apartment is available for your use. There is undercover gated parking for 1 car in the garage area. There is also plenty of street parking around the building and there are no street sweeping restrictions except on the main road. The building is gated so only residents have access to it via fob or garage remote. Other things to note Check in and check out times are flexible based on the current and future bookings around your stay. If there are no bookings before or after your stay then check in and out times are very flexible. However if there are back to back bookings then the check in time is after 3pm and check out by 11am. This will also be further flexible if the current guests check out earlier before your stay so then check in can be earlier for you or if the next guests plan to check in later then you can check out later. Please keep all that in mind when making your booking. Lost key fee of $250 applies if keys are lost or locked in apartment
