Casas de Guadalupe is a small enclave of 12 lovingly restored historic adobe casitas. This romantic loft casita has a unique floorplan with an open loft overlooking the ground floor living area, full kitchen, bathroom and queen size bed in the loft. This 625 square foot, romantic loft casita has a unique floorplan with an open loft overlooking the ground floor living area. Casita C is spacious with high ceilings and every amenity right at your fingertips. It has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable tv, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary high speed internet access. There is a private, wraparound flagstone patio with covered entry, perfect for enjoying our beautiful weather year round! We have complimentary parking so you can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or the brand new Railyard. You'll have plenty to do! You’re already living in Santa Fe style! Full kitchen with all the amenities (everything but food!), washer and dryer, air conditioning/heater, parking, WiFi, parking, walk to the plaza! We do not have an office on site, but I can be reached at any time. My phone is always with me. If I miss you, leave me a message and I'll call you the minute I have an opportunity. Park is a small street just located off of Guadalupe, which is a main road that borders the plaza. Not many people use this street since it's more of a neighborhood than a through street. We have a terrific location, just minutes from the plaza and brand new Railyard, and in the heart of the historic district! Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, museums, art galleries, and much, much more! Two miles from Canyon Road and the Santa Fe Opera and minutes from The Lensic. Museum Hill features the Museum of Fine Arts and the Palace of the Governors, and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum . Enjoy our exquisite spas such as Ten-Thousand waves or a day trip to Ojo Calliente. For those of you that enjoy the outdoors don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Indian ruins, hiking, rock climbing, rafting and skiing. Festivals all year round to include: Indian Market, Spanish Market, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, Zozobra, International Jazz and World Music Festival, Balloon Fiesta (Albuquerque). 20 Minute drive to the Ski area! We are located just off the plaza so it's very easy to walk any where in that area. Our plaza is very walkable and walked by many! Taxis are available and the bus station and train station are less than a mile from our properties. If you plan on visiting the pueblos, you will definitely need a vehicle. Casitas C, H & I are the only ones that are not pet friendly. We have a total of 12 casitas in our collection. Please refer to one of the other casitas if you plan on bringing your four legged friend! Check in to the property is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Once your reservation is booked we will send a confirmation letter. Thank you! Parking at the compound: Casita C is located at 127 Park - in the parking lot located behind Casitas A & D. •Casitas B, C, E, F & G have parking just inside the compound off of Park Ave. There are five spots. Please be considerate when parking in the back. Parking is tight. If you need more room there are two parking spots in front of A, D & H that you can use if they are available. •Please note that Casas de Guadalupe is not responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles. Please do not leave belongings in your vehicle. •Please note during busy times, someone may be parked in front of your casita. Please feel free to park in another spot. These parking places are not assigned to individuals. We have plenty of parking for everyone! Please be courteous! Each casitas is allowed up to one parking spot complimentary. Any additional vehicles will be charged $30.00 for their stay up to 7 days.
