This unit has a completely separate entrance with no other access to the unit. Guest access Guest parking is currently; 1 parking spot available at the top right-hand side of the driveway. Vehicles can also parked on the road but have to follow the parking restrictions enforced by the city by law. The basement unit is accessible from the right side of the house after entering through a gate with its own separate door entrance. Use the smart lock keypad on the door for easy self-check-in. An entry code is provided to you before your arrival. Other things to note We also prefer and encourage guests to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss further details, provide additional information and house rules. We recommend a booking inquiry :) We also consider longer stays over 28 days but will approve them on a case-by-case basis and in order to book, guests must have prior positive Airbnb reviews on their profile.
