When you enter the property, you are welcomed to a private entrance into a spacious living room & dinning area, both showcasing a beautiful panoramic view to the city and ocean. Each bedroom has a queen size bed & AC. The property also features a huge private heated pool & jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, dinning table, in unit laundry & gazebos with outdoor sitting areas. The home has solar panels that powers the entire property to guarantee power service at all times and a 300 gallon water system in case the water service is interrupted. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to the heated pool, all indoor areas and everything shown on the listing's photos. Other things to note All areas and amenities are private and exclusively for the use of our guests throughout their stay. The home owner lives on the second floor, in an independent unit with separate entrance. None of the areas are shared and guests have a separate access to the property.
