Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom, one bathroom space with a private entrance off of the porch allows for a retreat of nature and tranquility. There are no distractions here. You'll have access to the grounds and gardens. The location is on a dirt road but within easy driving distance of Dexter, Michigan with restaurants, stores and an amazing paved biking path system. The host can help with local plans including events at the local yoga/mediation studio. Guest access You’ll have access to the covered wrap around porch complete with a bistro table/chairs and a glider bench. When in season, lounging by the pool is available. During your stay We are frequently working in the yard, garden and around the pool deck weeding, watering plants and doing general upkeep. Feel free to interact or not. This is your time so your needs matter most. Other things to note We often open and close windows when the weather is mild which also allows for enjoyment of the enchanting nature’s symphony. When it’s hot/cold the air conditioning in the house is kept around 74 and the heat at 69. If you are particular about variability in house temperatures or must have cold air conditioning, then this may not be the space for you. On hot summer days, this space tends to run on the ‘too warm’ side due to the big picture windows and southern exposure. The use of the porch, pool and fans are ways you can manage this.
