Casa "Quieto" in the center of a quiet and pleasant nature

A comfortable house with a swimming pool is located at the foot of the medieval town of Motovun, near the Mirna River. In the secluded village of Benčići (5 km from Motovun), where there are only 3 houses, our house suitable for 6 people is located. The location is completely surrounded by nature, and therefore the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails, as well as the historic Parenzana railway route. In the Quieto house you will experience unforgettable moments and enjoy amazing sunsets. The space The house is located within a double building with a garden that has separate entrances. In front of the entrance on the lower side of the lawn, under a centuries-old oak tree, there is a table and chairs, sun loungers, and a knitted swing for a quiet morning coffee, with birds chirping. On the other side there is another entrance within the spacious stone terrace where there is a parasol and a wooden table and chairs. For barbecue lovers, we have prepared an outdoor barbecue. The house has a kitchen with a dining room, a separate toilet, a large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The view from the terrace, as well as from any window, is breathtaking. Beautiful hills, greenery and the medieval town of Motovun are scenes you will remember for a long time. In the evening when the sun goes down, sit back, relax and indulge in a good regional wine.
