House from 2010 with 4 bedrooms and a playroom (can be used as a bedroom or living room). Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor. 2 bathrooms, one on the 1st floor with shower and one on the 2nd floor with bathtub. We have a nice cat that loves children and is very cuddly, it is mostly out during the summer. Quiet child-friendly neighborhood.
