Cozy Vintage Cottage off Main

Welcome to our cozy vintage cottage! You are within walking distance to all the cutest shops and best food that bountiful has to offer. You’re right off historic bountiful Main Street and 3 minutes from the freeway! Close to everything! 10-15 minutes to the airport 10-15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City 15 minutes from Lagoon Amusement Park 10 minutes to amazing hiking trails and more! The space You will have access to two normal sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed in it and the other has a king. You have full access to both closets in both bedrooms and hangers are provided for your convenience. You can also use the dresser in the room with a Queen bed. Feel free to read any of the books left around! We also have a fully stocked coffee bar in the kitchen and all necessary appliances, a smart tv and additional couches in case more guests need a place to sleep. There is also a fully stocked laundry room downstairs that is yours to use as needed. You will have a private covered driveway as well for your cars and your own private entrance! Guest access You have access to the entire upstairs and the laundry room at the bottom of the stairs. Please do not open the doors that are in the side and back of the laundry room as they connect with the basement rental portion of the home. (they have a separate laundry room and you will not have to share any space at all with them) you are also welcome to use the large backyard for any of your needs. Other things to note We do rent out the basement of this home but they are entirely separate from you. You will have your own entrance, own laundry room, and even your own separate driveway. You may at times hear them talking downstairs but thats it. They are usually very quiet and will mind their own business. No part of the house is shared with them so you will be able to have your privacy.
