Other things to note Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends will require a Lakeside Chautauqua admission ticket for adults and cars are subject to gate fees. However Channel Grove Marina is an excellent choice for boat accommodations. Lakeside is a Tobacco-Free Community/Lakeside Love has a no pet policy. May/June on Lake Erie bring lots of May Flies. This is completely natural and happens every single year. They happen to be the Walleye’s favorite meal. They are harmless, but they do infiltrate any crack they can find. Keeping the porch light off during this time is helpful.
