Centrally located in the prime business and entertainment center of Paceville, this luxurious 2-bedroom apartment forms part of the modern Pendergardens complex with access to interconnected garage. You find any amenities such as shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling ally, gym etc. on a walking distance from the complex. It is a fully-serviced, newly-build apartment operated by a professional property management company, guaranteeing a comfortable, hassle-free stay. The space The apartment is located on the fifth floor accessible by lift. The lay-out comprises of a hallway from the apartment entrance leading to an open kitchen/dining and living space leading to a decent sized terrace offering 180 degrees views. From the open living space you have access to both bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom comes with en-suite facilities. The apartment rents fully furnished and equipped to meet high living standards. Guest access We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online. Other things to note This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. If you wish to stay longer you can ask us to check if this is possible. In case we do not have a new check-in on the same day we will contact the cleaning staff to ask them to reschedule the cleaning. If (and only if) the cleaning staff agrees to reschedule we can allow you to stay until latest 4PM at an extra fee of €50 euros. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible.
