If you need a quiet space to stay in Madrid, you will share the house with me, with all respect. I don't have a TV and I don't think I'll ever have it again. The neighborhood is very quiet, not interesting but practical, and 5 minutes from Plaza Castilla, where you'll have all the buses and subways.
