The Yew View. Great apartment in lovely village.

A newly renovated .spacious 4 bedroom apartment above an award winning 17th century characterful country pub in the heart of our beautiful village. Llangernyw is ideally situated for all the attractions that North Wales has to offer. We are only nine miles from the beautiful coastline ,Gwrych Castle (home of I'm a Celebrity) and the Snowdonia National Park where you will find many attractions like Zip World, Surf Snowdonia , famous biking trails and the beautiful village of Betws Y Coed. The space The apartment has its own separate private entrance accessed via an external staircase . The apartment is set over two storeys and is bright and spacious. It has a newly fitted modern kitchen with a large separate dining and living room. Also on this level you will find three bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are fitted with king size beds which can be configured to twins if required. The third bedroom has a small double bed. Up a flight of stairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed over looking the famous Yew tree and an ensuite which has a large shower and roll top bath. There is also a small games room with an X Box , a day bed which can be converted in a sofa bed and a collection of board games and books.. All rooms are equipped with new Smart televisions connected to internal Ethernet for super fast Netflix, prime etc. Both bathrooms have ceiling bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favourite music while soaking in the bath after walking the hills of Snowdonia. A south facing terrace runs the length of the apartment where you can sit in the tranquil setting over looking the churchyard and Yew Tree. Please note that there is an external staircase to the private entrance to the apartment which might not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Think of your traditional pub and The Old Stag is it!. Open fires , low beamed ceilings and bundles of character. Whether its enjoying an evening meal or a great Sunday roast, and even being served by Prince Charles himself!!
