Welcome to Mesa Moondance Sinatra Place, our "Rat Pack" themed NE Mesa patio home with a heated community pool and spa! Couples or a family will find this delightful patio home to be the ideal haven for enjoying the sights of Mesa and beyond. Come to enjoy our 300+ sunny days and create memories that will last a lifetime. The space What could you do while you're here? For starters there are golf courses galore. A few favorites include Las Sendas, Red Mountain Ranch and Dobson Ranch. The Chicago Cubs' spring training is at Sloan Park for our baseball fans. Hiking and biking at Usery Regional Park and Hawes Trail Network is popular with visitors and locals alike. Mesa recently opened the Rio Salado Pathway which is a new shared pathway for walking, running and biking. This path connects Riverview Park, Sloan Park and Mesa's Riverview shopping center to Tempe Town Lake. If you prefer water sports there is paddling at Tempe Town Lake or in the Salt River. Shopping at Mesa Market Place Swap Meet or Scottsdale's Fashion Square are exciting choices. For those who choose museum browsing there are many such as the Mesa Arts Center and the Arizona Museum of Natural History. If you're looking for southwestern charm, visit Old Town in Scottsdale. And finally, the greater Mesa area offers a variety of both formal and informal dining experiences - hard core foodies will not be disappointed! Our stylish townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths has an appealing floor plan that features "Rat Pack" themed decor and comfortable furnishings. The great room offers spacious seating to watch the Smart TV. Internet is provided. A galley style kitchen with a view of the greenbelt is well stocked with culinary tools to include both Keurig and drip coffee makers. An adjacent pantry stores your favorite ingredients for creating gourmet cuisine and lip-smacking cocktails. Formal dining or quick meals on the run are possible in adjoining dining area that seats 4. Highchairs are available to rent. The first bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, private bath with a walk-in shower and glass doors to access the covered patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and Smart TV. Bedrooms are attractive with wide windows that allow abundant natural light when desired. A hair dryer and soap are provided. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The enclosed backyard offers private outdoor moments in the sunshine and fresh air. The covered patio with stylish furniture is a lovely spot to bask on warm days while sipping your early morning coffee or late evening nightcap. A gas grill is available for the outdoor chef who longs to concoct prize-winning barbecued food. Green spaces beyond the home provide corridors for wildlife and opportunities for nature enthusiasts to view local and migrating animals. Cameras, field guides and binoculars are a must! It's a short walk to the heated community pool and spa. Grocery stores and restaurants are also within walking distance. The two-car garage is an added bonus that provides secure storage space for vehicles and recreational gear. There are 2 driveway spaces for additional vehicles. The in-unit laundry room minimizes time spent on laundry tasks to maximize leisure time. Early check-in and late check-out may be options. It's your turn to avoid the winter blues. Location of the lock box and your code will be provided shortly before check-in. Other things to note The minimum age to rent is 28 years. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. ALL TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September. In accordance with Arizona state law owner permission is required for reservations greater than 31 days.
