A peaceful stay in a quiet and well-connected village. Surrounded by nature that, in summer, escapes the hustle and bustle of traffic and crowds, and in winter, invites you to take walks through its forests and breathe in fresh air. Located just 1 hour from Barcelona and 35 minutes from Girona (Costa Brava). Located in the central town square with all amenities right next door. A good sports complex in the town with an outdoor and indoor pool, a fitness center, and paddle-tennis courts... A spacious, private, and comfortable terrace. The space The house at Can Mascarbó, 1762, was renovated a few years ago. It originally had two homes (1st and 2nd floor) and a loft (3rd floor) that we call "Les Golfes de Can Mascarbó". This loft became a comfortable space to be able to host and enjoy. It has central heating and air conditioning in the living room. It is accessed by stairs and/or elevator (forklift, max. 2 pers with suitcases). Located in the center of the village with all the services next door and privileged for feeling the customs and culture of its people. Equipped to receive a maximum of seven guests. Features two bedrooms. One with a double bed , private bathroom with bathtub, and facing the central square overlooking the bell tower. The other, more interior, facing the outside terrace. This one has a double bed which is separated from the other 3 single beds using warm light panels, which will be distributed for the best comfort of the guests. The shared bathroom, with a shower, is located in the hallway. The saloon offers two sofas of three and four squares, overlooking the Church and the town square. In the dining area there is an extendable table with 4 chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 people and overlooking the outdoor terrace. In it, they will find a small table with 4 armchairs and a parasol for a better wellness of the guests. Everything is at the guest's disposal so they can have a happy stay . Guest access Guests have the entire loft apartment exclusively to themselves. You can access it by car right in front of the door, on the street, to unload your luggage. Luggage can be carried up by a freight elevator (71cm wide) and max. 2 people or access the apartment by stairs;) Please note that parties and guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed. Other things to note We remind you that tourist accommodations in Catalonia are subject to the tourist tax established by the Generalitat (Regulation RD 933/2021). We must apply it for a maximum of 7 nights, and children under 16 are exempt. The amount of €1.93 per person per night must be paid directly at the accommodation, in cash or via Bizum. Thank you.
