This 3 bed, 2 ba home is located 30 mins SE of Mesa Gateway Airport. We are about 5.5 miles North of the town of Florence, in Anthem at Merrill Ranch. Our little Community has it's own grocery store, gas stations, bank, hospital, and restaurants. In less than 30 minutes you can have the faster pace of Queen Creek, Mesa or Casa Grande. Our Community has activities every day, for all ages. You can be as busy, or not, as you like. The home has a lovely back patio that seats 10 comfortably. The space The living room has a 65" Tv, the 2nd bedroom has a 58" Tv, and the 3rd bedroom has a 40" Tv. The home has 2 an-suite bedrooms - with king beds, making traveling with another couple so much more enjoyable. The home has hardwood floors in the bedrooms and tile elsewhere, a desk & printer, full kitchen with every small appliance you could ask for, and HS WiFi. The patio seats 10 and is nicely landscaped. There are two bikes in the garage for you to use and a gas grill in the back. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home, with the exception of the owner's closet. Other things to note The minimum stay is 30 days per HOA rules. Guests will need to adhere to HOA rules. We have had several guests enjoy our home while their new home is being built. We also have provided temporary housing to families displaced by fire or flood.
