A superb location near the city of Canterbury, the town of Faversham and only a 15 minute drive to the coast. The space is heated by under floor heating. There is a beautiful downstairs shower room which also has under floor heating. The first bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed, with furniture to store clothes etc. There are blackout blinds and remote controls for the windows incase you get hot. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with space for extra bedding (inflatable bed available upon request). This room has beautiful beams and velux blackout blinds for a cosy night’s sleep. The upstairs bathroom is luxurious and is fully equipped with a spacious shower. There is a small utility room upstairs with extra towels and bed linen etc Guest access When you arrive at the property the Hayloft is at the rear; a separate house with its own front door and garden. There is space for one car to park on the driveway, just be mindful to leave room for another car to park alongside yours. There is additional parking on the road.
