Elegant and functional, 5-star accommodation for 2 Surrounded by two 100 m2 wooden terraces, suspended in the trees, this house for 2 people is a small haven of peace a few minutes from the center of Porto-Vecchio and the beaches of Cala Rossa and Saint-Cyprien. The space The accommodation with an area of about 75 m2 opens onto a large bright living room, with 2 bay windows. The south-facing terrace, sheltered from the direct sun by a pergola, is equipped with a wrought iron table for 4 people and an electric plancha/grill for your grilling. The terrace on the other side, with mountain views, is pleasant for rest and aperitifs. Equipped with a small living room and a large bed for two, it is perfect for a relaxing time. The large kitchen opens to the living room, allowing you to comfortably receive guests. Fully equipped to be able to cook like at home. The living room has a large sofa, books, wall-mounted TV, bluetooth speaker. The large bedroom with views of nature (trees and rocks), dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Wall TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan with direct access to the terrace. The house has ceiling fans + air conditioning that ensure an ideal temperature in the middle of summer. We are located 5 min from Cala Rossa beach, 10 min from St Cyprien, 10 min from the river. The southern beaches, such as Santa Giulia and Palombaggia, are about twenty minutes away. There is an outdoor shower on your terrace. In addition, you will have access to the main villa's swimming pool overlooking the entrance to the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. Sunbathing is at your disposal ;) Shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, however we strongly recommend a car or scooter for your travels. Private entrance and parking. Note: - Please specify the reservation if you use an electric car. - We accept infants up to 18 months in this property. We provide a bed, a bathtub and a high chair.
