Our cottage, close to the beach and hiking trails, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the old village area, called Caubus. A path will take you to the granite cliffs. Comfortable and spacious, we have furnished and decorated it to make your stay as pleasant as possible... Our prices change very little between Low and High season. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask for a return of the premises clean and tidy. Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee, because we trust you to respect the premises, the cottage is prepared by us before each arrival. In return, we ask you, on the day of your departure, to return these premises in the same condition as you found them when you arrived. There is no unregistered damage, cabinets, dishes, and appliances are stored. Your waste is disposed of by you, the garbage cans and the refrigerator are empty. Garbage containers are at your disposal and are in the garage. Linens: You must bring sheets, duvet covers, and pillow covers, as pricing your reservation does not include this supply. However, if you so wish, we can rent you sheets on request. Bedding: This accommodation is rented with bedding: bed bases, mattresses, duvets, pillows, bolsters . If you want a COMFORTABLE temperature throughout the day, please let us know at the time of booking and you will be asked for an additional fee. The radiators are remotely controlled and with restricted access on site, if you want thermal comfort, it is imperative to indicate your arrival/departure times, the times you are present and the rooms occupied, without this information the radiators are off. The amount of your reservation includes economical thermal comfort, if you want more heating a package will be requested. The mode of operation is that of a cottage, it is not a main residence. We specify that if the cottage has not been occupied before your arrival, as is often the case (for example, a departure on Sunday noon and an arrival on Monday evening, or a departure on a Friday morning and an arrival on Saturday evening), it is normal that the temperature is cool, because the temperature setpoint is lowered in case of non-occupancy.
