Street parking is available for additional or large vehicles. Other things to note There is an occupied cottage in the rear of the property. This cottage in not included in the rental. Driveway is shared and each property has its own carport. The sunroom can get rather hot/cold depending on the season due to all the windows. We recommend keeping the door closed between the sunroom and the rest of the house. The fireplace is not available for use by guests. We love our dogs and want to allow yours to travel with you too :) Pets are only authorized when approved in writing by the owner. Up to 2 pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. We do not allow cats as the owner has a cat allergy. A non refundable fee will be charged per approved pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. All pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors as the yard is not fully fenced, and there are tenants in the rear cottage.
