Our place is beautiful and peaceful, with all of the comforts of home. It is situated by a lovely lake in a safe neighborhood, although this is not a gated community. We have a large pool and hot tub. In addition there is a far infrared sauna that is relaxing and good for sore muscles! We have a dock and a little beach that is great for viewing the wildlife and chilling after a long day. This room is available for guests staying 30 days or longer. The space You'll have a private room with a comfortable full-size bed, a table that can serve as a desk, a mini fridge, microwave oven, and free wi-fi. This room comes with a locking doorknob for privacy and security. The bathroom is shared with two other adults. Our home is TV free so we respectfully ask guests to use earbuds or headphones if enjoying TV on their computers. Guest access Our guests are free to use all common areas including the pool and sauna with occasional use of the hot tub. The pool has a table for outside dining. We also have a BBQ grill on a small deck beside the pool area that is available. The kitchen and laundry room are yours to use however the kitchen is off limits from 9 AM to 2 PM daily. We have two kayaks for paddling around Lake Joyce. Please feel free to enjoy all of the amenities we offer at Lake Joyce Resort. Your comfort is truly our goal. The property has a large circular driveway and so there is plenty of room to park. This is a suburban neighborhood and so owning a car is essential. During your stay Diane is very friendly and easy to live with. However, she is a writer and respectfully asks guests to limit interaction during morning and early afternoon hours. She is seeking guests who either work out of the home or online during the day so that the interaction needs of both can be met.
