Modern Holiday Home in Filey, Dog Friendly.

Modern & spacious dog friendly caravan at Reighton Sands Holiday Park. We have tried to provide the little things as well as a Smart TV & Wifi, central heating, double glazing & bed linen. We have a great position on site with parking. The pool includes a lazy river & the site has arcades, a restaurant, a bar & show-bar with regular entertainment. Filey is the nearest town & can be reached along the beach at low tide. Buses run all day from the site to Bridlington, Filey & Scarborough. The space Spacious, clean & modern with open plan kitchen & living area in neutral shades. Good sized double bedroom with double wardrobe & Jack & Jill doors into main bathroom which includes shower, toilet & sink. Two further bedrooms with twin beds & wardrobes & an additional toilet & sink. All bedding provided & kitchen fully equipped for your stay. Please bring your own towels. IMPORTANT INFO FOR YOUR HOLIDAY The caravan is accessed via steps onto enclosed decking. Facilities available at the park include mini market, laundrette & guest services. Keys will be left in the key safe for check in/out. Main reception can offer support if needed during your stay & we are always available to answer any queries. Play passes for the park need to be purchased separately from haven so if you make a booking I will need to register your details with Haven so they can send you everything you need in this regard. Play passes are only needed if you wish to access the on-site entertainment and swimming. There is a black information book in the van which includes instructions for gas bottles changes. We provide freshly laundered bedding, some guests prefer us to leave bedding for them to pop on so they know it’s fresh sheets they’re sleeping in 😀 please be assured, if our cleaner has made beds - time allowing, sheets are all fresh for each new guest. We DO NOT provide towels or tea towels so please bring your own. We supply some essentials in the kitchen including tea, coffee & sugar & try to keep topped up with cleaning products, washing up liquid & loo rolls. There is a small selection of games & colouring - please don’t use felt tips in the van. We are always available to contact throughout your holiday. Sometimes problems do arise but we are more than happy to respond to these during your stay & prefer guests to reach out if they have an issue so we can try to reach solutions & help you enjoy your holiday. We expect the caravan to be left the same as you have arrived in busy periods this really helps our family cleaner which we don’t charge guests for. So Clean and tidy, rubbish to be removed and your pots washed, all bedding stripped and placed in pillow cases and put in the hallway. There is a hoover for dog hair and crumbs.
