An air-conditioned and spacious accommodation, renovated in 2024, thought to be as functional as it is comfortable to stay in. It has its own entrance. The 135 sqm cottage has: - a large fully-equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, filter coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle), open to a dining room – living room with 80-inch HD TV – 200 cm. - Two double bedrooms located on the ground floor with queen size beds 160cm. - a mezzanine bedroom upstairs with 4 modular 90 cm single beds. Bedding is provided – The beds are made before your arrival. - a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Towels are provided. - a large private and fenced terrace with garden furniture, pergola and barbecue. A beautiful recent renovation with a beautiful view of the garden and mountain, for up to 8 people. Our friends pets are allowed. They may not climb on beds and sofas. Free baby pack on request: highchair, bath, crib and mattress. Check-in time: 5:00 PM Check-out time: before 10.00 h Security deposit (bank imprint) €500 Optional options: - Pets: €30/pet/stay. - Check-out cleaning: €80. - Breakfast: €8/person - €5/child (up to 12 years old). - Early check-in and/or late check-out: €20/hour. - Baby Sitter service: €10/hour. Guest access When you arrive on site, you have on the right the private and free parking lot. You can drive your vehicle down to the bottom of the road, at the disabled parking space to drop off luggage.
