This charming 1 bedroom guest cottage with private entry awaits in LA's hottest emerging neighborhood. The space is clean & modern with all the amenities you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. Great for couples, solo adventurers, a small family, and business travelers. The space The newly renovated guest cottage is a separate building behind the main house. You will park on the street and walk up the driveway, past the main house, to get to the guesthouse. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, french press coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster & plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs & cutlery. We've included standard condiments, healthy cooking oils, & tea for your enjoyment. This property has a whole house water filtration system, so you can drink purified water form every tap! In the bedroom you'll find a super comfortable queen size bed with Casper mattress. The living room has a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging and watching movies. You will also find a unique collection of books & other reading material- perfect for relaxing on the private back deck during a sunny LA afternoon. Of course there is free wifi. The flat-screen "smart" TV has access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime & Max…along with any other apps you may use... Guest access In addition to the cottage, and everything in it, guests have access to a private BACK porch, grill & patio area! Other things to note - There is ample, free, street parking. (No street sweeping on our street!) - We have a sweet little kitty that lives with us in the front house. - The Front House (where we live) is a work in progress... Thanks for understanding!
