Sleeps 11 in beds and could sleep 3 or 4 more in common areas. Located in a wild and wonderful area. Come prepared to just have a good time and relax, as life was meant to be!! Forget the stress and worries of everyday life. Have fun and enjoy your stay!! The space The house is a rancher with a fully finished basement. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, chest of drawers, dresser, closet and a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a double bed with a dresser, pack & play child bed and closet. Bedroom #3 has a double bed with a dresser and chest of drawers. All the beds are supportive, with a varying degree of softness. The kitchen comes equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. The living room and dining room are on the main floor. The dining suite has a table and chairs. The living room suite has 2 couches, a love seat, a recliner, and rocker. The basement has a room that can be partitioned off with a slat style curtain and has 2 double and a single bed in it. The pool table is set up in the area next to that room and there is a room for storage on the left before you get to the pool table. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. If you need any supplies, the Saxton Market grocery store is only 5 minutes away. NOTE: They close at 8:00p.m. Next to that is Martin's, a 24 hour convenience store and a Dollar General. Guest access You will have the entire house when you rent this property. There is a coded lock on the front door for easy access. Other things to note There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway. There is enough room to park a boat trailer or two if done right. One area is on the left side of the driveway, just after you get through the trees. The other area is along the bottom away from the house. Come in the left side of the circle and face back out toward the road, than back it into that corner.
