Come and discover Chateaugiron, spending a weekend or more. Accommodation for up to 6 people. With a surface area of 68 m2, with: - On the ground floor: a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen The property has a pellet stove that we manage remotely. - Upstairs: separate toilet, shower room, 2 bedrooms: one 13 m2 with 2 single 90 beds that can be joined as a double bed. and the other 17 m2 with 1 bed 140 + 2 single beds 90. - Outside: 15 m2 terrace. No smoking. The space The accommodation has direct access to the Chateaugiron pond. Located 400 meters from the city center, you will find various shops within walking or driving distance very easily. The opportunity to explore the castle. Brochures are available in the accommodation on tourist activities. The accommodation has a fitted and equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer area, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave oven with an oven function, Senseo coffee maker, tea, coffee, toaster, kettle, food processor and dishwasher. Cleaning products (including dishwasher tablets) are provided as well as a vacuum cleaner, cloth and bucket. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom. Dish towels are also provided. Toilet paper is also provided in sufficient quantity. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that we put together at your request. We have the necessary sheets to turn them into a double bed. Beds are made on arrival with clean linens. Pillow covers are also changed with each change of guests. Towels are available. For baby equipment, high chair and baby bed (and its thick mattress), please ask us beforehand so we can take them out for your arrival. Pets aren't allowed. Wi-Fi is available. Codes are displayed in the accommodation with checkout instructions. Complete disinfection is done between bookings. This is part of the owners' building. The entrance is independent. Baby cot, playpen, high chair available on request. Some toys can also be provided. Parking is available on the public space. One spot is available in front. The accommodation is strictly NON-SMOKING: a fee of €200 will be charged in case of non-compliance for disinfection. Guest access Independent access from a small path. Other things to note Base rate: The accommodation must be returned in a good condition: clean and tidy dishes; emptied garbage cans. If the accommodation is not returned in this way, an additional cleaning service will be withheld. The accommodation is non-smoking. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that we put together at your request. We have the necessary sheets to turn them into a double bed.
