New appliances including smart glass top range with air fryer oven, smart fridge, dishwasher, microwave, free-standing mixer, air fryer toaster oven, and regular air fryer. For the beach we have a portable aluminum picnic table, instant canopy, beach cart (for the townhouse), coolers, life jackets (for high Riptides), Beach chairs, towels, sheets and blankets, insulated travel cups, umbrellas, sport umbrellas, Boogie boards, skimboards, goggles, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, hats, games for the beach like volleyball, bocce, badminton, horseshoes, Beach darts, frisbees (some with Bluetooth speakers), kites, waterproof cell-phone cases with lanyards, sunglasses, turtle flashlights, trunks/beach wear, and a variety of sunscreens.
