The space Quiet, residential, small town neighborhood with extremely low/no crime and no hi-rises. First floor: Limited Ocean views from the first floor living room and patio with Mexican Saltillo Tile floor and pavers. 3/4 bathroom, with agate crystal vessel sink. Open floor plan in the living space including kitchen (with new (2020) oak cabinets and granite counters), indoor 5-person breakfast bar, dinning room, bar height bistro for four, living room with fire place, limited ocean view through 12 foot wide sliding glass doors to a paver patio with unique outdoor bar, 4 bar height chairs and rocking chairs. Another paver patio outside the kitchen and main entry on the west side of the home with screened in pool aea, 4 person glider with table, outdoor patio set, and unique lush tropical landscaping. SECOND FLOOR: Ocean side Master Bedroom Suite: 30 foot vaulted cedar ceiling, stained glass windows, local Artist sculptures, 12'X8' sliding glass doors to deck with ocean views. Ocean views also from multiple ares in the bedroom, including the bed, and chairs. Fireplace and Jetted whirlpool hot tub/shower (with bath salts and bombs) help to create a peaceful ambience for deep relaxation. Separate double vanity across from walk in closet. Guest bedroom: Vaulted 30 foot ceilings, full size bed, full bath, two large windows, full glass door to balcony inside screen room overlooking pool. Stained glass windows and art. Townhouse Amenities We have live in the townhouse too when not rented. So you can expect all the comforts of home including: Kitchen stocked with Condiments, bottled water, a selection of teas, tea pot, Kuereg and a selection of k-pods, drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, whole bean and ground coffees. New appliances including smart glass top range with air fryer oven, smart fridge, dishwasher, microwave, free-standing, and hand mixer, air fryer. Food processors, personal blender, regular blender, pasta maker, bread maker, webber gas grill, utensiles, pellets, and a variety of seasonings. Instapot, crock pots, Circulon and Calphalon pots, pans, bakeware, serving ware, and two full sets of silverware. Outside the screen room we have a Weber gas grill with accessories and utensiles. For the pool we have aromatherapy (in water, and a cool mist difuser that floats on top of the water), games, air pump and inflatables. For the beach we have a portable aluminum picnic table, instant canopy, beach, wheeled coolers, life jackets (for high Riptides), Beach chairs, towels, sheets and blankets, insulated travel cups (PLEASE NO DISHWASHER FOR INSULATED CUPS), umbrellas, sport tents, umbrellas, Boogie boards, skimboards, goggles, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, hats, games for the beach like volleyball, bocce, badminton, horseshoes, Beach darts, frisbees (some with light and Bluetooth speakers), kites, waterproof cell-phone cases with lanyards, sunglasses, turtle flashlights, trunks/beach wear, and a variety of sunscreens. Both new and used items are available along with Sanitation products and instructions for used items. We also have some bicycles (based on lead-time and availability), and a recumbent tricycle. Most of the 14 miles south of us to Sebastian Inlet is federal wildlife refuge and restricted residential development. Sebastian pier is 12 miles south and famous for deep sea pier fishing. 1 hour from Disney and other Orlando Attractions 1/4 mile from convenience store and gas station. 1 mile in each direction to public golf courses (Including Arnold Palmer designed course) 1 mile in each direction to local public access beaches with lifeguards 2 miles in each direction to shopping village, great restaurants, library, post office, public parks and pier 4-6 miles from chain stores and restaurants. Only non-shedding dogs will be CONSIDERED but still require $500 refundable pet deposit per pet to cover costs of removing any hair, odor or trace of the dog after tenant leaves. Beach buggies and coolers on wheels make it easy to carry your gear across the street to the beach access gate. Sanitizers provided and readily available. Private RIVER access is 1/4 mile down the street. Personal pool in 2 story screen room off kitchen (just for this townhome unit) Pool area has Four-person glider with table, chairs, side tables, cushions available upon request.
