The space The apartment is located inside a quiet closed street, near the city center in a tower of 2 apartments and a gym. Our apartment is the first up the stairs. at your arrive, you will find a spacious living and dining room, a 150-inch screen projector, Apple TV with Netflix and a sound system surrounding the common area. In the center, a comfortable memory foam puff that turns into a queen size mattress to sleep or watch movies. The kitchen is well equipped with a bar for 4 people and the dining room for 6 people. Bedroom 1: king size bed, flat screen with chromecast, large closet and door to the full bathroom that is shared with the living room. Bedroom 2: double bed, flat screen with chromecast, large closet, private full bathroom and a small patio with table and chairs where you can go out to smoke. In the center of the apartment, a patio with a bench, also suitable for smokers. On the roof, there´s the washer and dryer and a common area to enjoy the weather in our city.
