We welcome you to our main house 800 m from the basin and close to the bike path. Very pleasant to live in and bright, you will fully enjoy the Gironde summer. Andernos is ideally located to enjoy the region and its assets such as eating oysters in Cap Ferret (20 min), surfing the ocean (20 min), climbing the Pilat dune (50 min), visiting Bordeaux and Arcachon (45 min) or getting lost in the vineyards of Médoc, Entre Deux-Mers or Saint Emilion. The space Our 85 m2 single-storey house, very well exposed, is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of a living room of about 40 m2, a master suite (separate bathroom and toilet) and a children's bedroom with another adjoining bathroom. One of the children's beds (90 x 170 cm) is on the mezzanine with access via a small staircase. A 200 m2 garden, a covered terrace and a very large exotic wooden terrace complete the whole. Guest access You will have access to all the living rooms, the master suite, a children's room, another bathroom and the laundry room. Other things to note You will live with our 2 land turtles, Venice and Carapuce.
